Job Responsibilities: 

• Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to the customers

• Create a portfolio of client accounts and monitor the ongoing activities related to them

• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements

• Work with the sales and marketing team and creative team to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget

• Identify and grow opportunities within the company and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth

• Help the sales and marketing team to formulate marketing strategies for the campaign

• Ensure that the deadlines of the projects or campaign are being met

• Monitor the effectiveness of the campaign and provide client reports

• Making pitches to win new business


Job Requirements:

• University degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications, or any similar degree

• At least one to two years experiences working in sales area

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good in English, Speaking and Writing

• Creative and organize

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak and present to clients

• Good Negotiation and communication skill, both verbally and email
